Al Lowe, Founder & President
Al Lowe, founder, and president of Al Lowe Construction (ALC), knew in high school that he wanted to be in the construction industry. The son of a physician and one of seven siblings, he grew up in Ventura County helping, his father with special remodeling projects. Al received his BA in Civil Engineering from Walla Walla University and later earned his Professional Engineering Certification. He has been a General Contractor for over 41 years.
His commitment to excellence and customer service is evident in quality craftsmanship and numerous satisfied customers. Those high personal standards can be seen in his business and philanthropic pursuits throughout the community.
Under Al’s leadership, our team consists of a variety of skilled craftsmen, highly experienced accounting and office staff. Al Lowe Construction has been recognized locally and nationally by several trade publications and local press. ALC is continually acknowledged in the VC Star’s Readers Choice Awards for Contractor and Remodeling magazine’s annual list of Top Remodelers in the nation.
In addition to running Al Lowe Construction, Al is dedicated to community service and has served on the Board of Directors for Casa Pacifica Centers for Children and Families, Camarillo Chamber of Commerce, and Food Share. He currently serves on both the Camarillo Health Care District Advisory Panel and the Camarillo Hospice Advisory Panel. As a member of the Camarillo Rotary Club, Al is the founder and co-chair of Care for Kids Golf Classic, which has raised over $1.3 million to benefit Casa Pacifica Centers for children and families.
